Customer-Centric Problem Solving (C2PS)


I’ve been fascinated with problem solving since I built a car from ground up as a teenager. I developed my first problem-solving framework at 25, and spent the next 40 years helping 100+ organizations solve a wide range of problems. These problems encompassed numerous industries, private sector as well as not-for-profit, and grew in scope and impact over time – the largest being a multi-company, joint industry initiative (Efficient Consumer Response – ECR), which became and remains a global model (more on this in the Examples chapter).
